Ryan adds transfer pricing with purchase of Altus International

Ryan, a global tax services firm, has bought Altus International, adding transfer pricing and valuation services to its international tax expertise. Michel Sijmonsbergen and Roderick Veldhuizen, founders of Altus International, join Ryan’s international tax leadership team.

Ryan, which is headquartered in Dallas, provides state, local, federal, and international tax advisory and consulting services on a multi-jurisdictional basis, including audit defence, tax recovery, credits and incentives, tax process improvement and automation, tax appeals, tax compliance, and strategic planning.
