Provided a shareholder of one of the Russian largest natural gas producers with pre-litigation support in proving its beneficial ownership of dividends received in Russia and application of a reduced tax rate under a double taxation treaty. The project amount was about USD 1 million. The matter had a crucial impact on the client's current and future business periods.
