Adrian Henderson

Adrian is a director in the technology and transformation services team in Evelyn Partners' digital services business. He is a vastly experienced transfer pricing automation expert with 20-plus years of working in transfer pricing as an adviser and in-house specialist at FTSE 100 companies. Adrian’s roles have included global process owner for tax, treasury, and cash management at a FTSE 100 company and head of transfer pricing implementation and process advice at two top six accountancy firms.

He is an industry leader in creating transfer pricing implementation processes. Adrian has designed, built, and run transfer pricing models and calculations in-house at FTSE 100 companies, and helped other companies with their transfer pricing automation. This advisory work includes data improvements (ERP extraction, data simplification, workflow optimisation, reconciliation optimisation), calculation and reporting (model risk reviews, process mapping, process manuals, calculation optimisation, calculation automation), controls and evidence (RACI, change management, evidence capture, SAO), and integration (with other tax processes, other business analysis, management performance metrics).
