Alison is a partner in London, specialising in tax policy, transfer pricing, and international tax. Her work includes leading on Deloitte’s global input to the OECD consultations on international tax matters, including the G20/OECD BEPS and pillar one and pillar two projects. She is a regular speaker at public events and contributes to tax publications in the UK and internationally.
Alison covers all areas of international taxation and business models, such as questions of residence, permanent establishment, transfer pricing, withholding tax, digital services taxes, EU directives, and global minimum tax and BEPS initiatives.
Alison has been practising tax for 25 years and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, as well as a chartered accountant. She sits on the Business at OECD (BIAC) Tax Committee. Alison has been selected in Euromoney/Legal Media Group’s Guide to the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers.
