Andrew Skipsey

Andrew is a Transfer Pricing Director in London. Prior to joining Deloitte, he spent more than 20 years in various senior positions at HMRC, the UK Tax Authority. Most recently Andrew was the Head of the APA/MAP Programme for non-financial services and before that the Head of the APA/MAP programme for financial services. Both of these roles involved managing the programme, acting as the Competent Authority on some large cases including a number in the Financial Services cases as well as reviewing and directing cases off team members which again included a number of cases in Financial Services.

Since joining Deloitte Andrew has been involved in several APA and MAP application, functional analysis preparations and HMRC audits, as well as providing advice around Tax Authority processes and approaches.
