DLA Piper has hired Maura Dineen as a tax partner in the Dublin office to enhance its cross-border tax advisory services.

She will join DLA Piper from Mason Hayes & Curran in the coming months. She posesses significant experience in advising multinational clients on investments, corporate restructuring, M&A, and tax-efficient financing structures.
