Norton Rose Fulbright’s London practice has hired Michael Alliston, a corporate tax specialist, as a partner.



Alliston, who will work with the firm’s corporate and banking teams, is a specialist in domestic and cross-border corporate tax matters, including restructurings, financing, and capital-markets transactions.
