Joseph Pari appointed co-chair of Weil’s global tax department

The experienced tax lawyer will be based in the firm’s Washington, DC, and New York offices.

Joe Pari is a specialist in US federal tax issues related to domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, and consolidated returns. He joins Weil, Gotshal and Manges from KPMG’s national tax bureau in Washington, where he was national principal-in-charge.
