Alvarez & Marsal Taxand adds new senior directors in Denver and New York

Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, an affiliate of the global firm Alvarez & Marsal, has announced it will be hiring Jon de Jong in Denver and Louis Mancini in New York, bolstering the firm’s global tax practice.

De Jong, who will be a senior director, brings more than 20 years of global M&A tax advisory experience in both strategic and private equity investments. He has worked on many high-level in-house transactions.

Mancini, who will also be a senior director, joins from PwC in New York, where he served as a director in the firm’s M&A tax practice. He has more than 13 years of experience advising businesses on state and local tax matters.
