TozziniFreire has hired a new head of oil and gas, Leonardo Miranda, who has 20 years of experience within these fields. Miranda is well-practiced in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, project development and project finance.

Miranda has acted in commercial and regulatory cases and structuring of concession project, such as infrastructure and fuel supply agreements. He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
