Jim Mastracchio named partner in Dentons tax practice

Jim Mastracchio, former co-chair of Baker Hostetler’s national tax controversy practice, has been named partner of Dentons' global tax practice in the US.

Mastracchio has been appointed as chairman of Dentons' tax controversy and criminal tax practices.

Mastracchio often works with clients facing civil and criminal tax investigations, and is recognised as a leading national tax controversy lawyer in this field.

Mastacchio represents clients facing tax fraud and evasion, conspiracy, obstruction, mail and wire fraud and monetary structuring charges.
