Women in Business Law Awards Americas 2021: virtual awards ceremony

WiBL Americas 2021

The winners of the Women in Business Law Americas Awards 2021 will be announced in a virtual ceremony on September 29

The prestigious Women in Business Law Awardswill present the winners of the 2021 Americas awards on September 29, 2021.

As travel restrictions in the Americas have yet to be lifted and our list of multi-national winners are located across the two continents, we are unable to host an all-inclusive gala dinner again this year, as we had hoped. However, the Women in Business Law Awards is passionate about supporting diversity, equity and inclusion within the legal industry and we are excited to be able to present this year’s winners on September 29 in a virtual ceremony.

Registration for the event is now open: please register here to attend.

While typically depicted as conservative and unhurried to change with modern cultural norms, the legal community is proving that to be an outdated description. There was plenty of ground-breaking by firms to promote of diversity, equity and inclusion. These awards also strive to promote of the most notable achievements of the industry’s most inspirational women leaders.

Firms throughout the Americas have taken a progressive stance on integral matters such as addressing the gender pay gap, modernising dated work models, provision for bespoke ongoing training, and developing a healthier work-life balance. In support of those that are taking a lead role in these areas, we are happy to share a preview of the 2021 shortlist for firm initiatives.

If you have any questions regarding the awards, research, or methodology, contact our lead researcher for the awards John Harrison.

If you have an interest in participating in the awards or to find out how you can promote your success, please reach out our Publisher, Rebecca Synnott.
