
Bernardo Misle
Bernardo is a counsel at Deloitte Spain, where he specialises in transfer pricing controversy. With almost 20 years’ experience in the field, he has played a pivotal role in numerous tax audits, advance pricing agreements, and mutual agreement procedures. Bernardo has also led the design, review, documentation, and implementation of transfer pricing policies for multinational enterprises around the world. Since joining Deloitte in 2007, he has coordinated the transfer pricing technical committee.
Bernardo has a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in finance, and an executive master’s degree in tax consulting. He has also been a professor of microeconomics and corporate finance at graduate level. Bernardo currently teaches on a transfer pricing specialisation programme.
