Claudia is a partner in the transfer pricing (TP) team in Düsseldorf who has almost 25 years of experience in advising clients on TP matters. She started her career in a boutique tax consultancy firm in 1995 and joined a ‘big four’ firm in 2000, soon afterwards starting to focus on the area of TP. Prior to joining Deloitte, Claudia was a member of the global leadership team on tax controversy for many years in another big four firm. In 2019, she joined Deloitte, where her roles have included being the global TP lead and the German tax and legal lead for the industrial products and construction industry.
In addition to global TP restructurings and documentation projects, Claudia manages TP controversy and dispute resolution processes, including tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, advance pricing agreements, and litigation proceedings. She also has significant experience in the middle-market/family-owned business segment (inbound and outbound).
Claudia has a master’s degree in business administration and is a certified German tax adviser.
