Darcy D Alamuddin

Darcy is a principal in Deloitte Tax LLP’s transfer pricing practice in Chicago. She has 28 years of experience in providing tax consulting services on transfer pricing and international taxation to multinational clients. Darcy has worked on planning, strategy review, audit defence, and documentation engagements, covering various types of transactions involving tangible and intangible products, contract R&D, headquarters services, and trading services. She has served clients from France, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

Darcy has extensive experience in defending her clients in tax audits around the world, as well as in advance pricing agreements, competent authority proceedings, and appeals cases.

She has spoken at seminars on international tax and transfer pricing in Japan and the US, addressing topics such as global earnings mobilisation, the taxation of intellectual property, and Subpart F. Darcy was also accepted into the Leadership Foundation of the International Women’s Forum, a prestigious programme for exceptional emerging women leaders from different sectors.
