David Sauer

David is a director with Deloitte’s German transfer pricing (TP) service line. He has advised clients in intangibles planning and valuation, and business restructurings, as well as documenting TP systems, and has provided support in tax audits, mutual competent authority procedures, and advance pricing agreements. David also contributes to the life sciences and healthcare expert group within the German TP service line.

David studied economics in Mannheim and Toulouse, and holds a PhD in economics from the Toulouse School of Economics. He is a certified German tax adviser and a member of the German Chamber of Tax Advisers.
