Eddie is a transfer pricing partner with Deloitte in London.
He formally served as a delegated competent authority in the International Section of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and was seconded to the European Commission to work on the Arbitration Convention and EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum. While representing the UK and then the European Commission on OECD Working Party 6, Eddie helped to develop the Arbitration Clause to the Model Treaty.
He specialises in dispute resolution and prevention, sits on Deloitte’s Global Controversy Council, and leads on transfer pricing controversy in the EMEA region.
