Fangying Xu

Fangying is a manager with Deloitte´s transfer pricing service Line in Frankfurt.

She joined Deloitte in 2021 and focuses on transfer pricing planning and the financial services industry. Her experience covers business restructuring, transfer pricing planning, and tax valuation in the context of bank restructuring, as well as global documentation projects in the banking sector, tax audits for banks and asset management companies, and mutual agreement procedures.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Fangying studied economics at the universities of Bonn and Magdeburg in Germany, and Xiamen in China, and obtained her Ph.D. degree in public finance and tax policies at Goethe-University Frankfurt.
