Geoffrey Gill

Geoff is based in Sydney and has close to 25 years of experience in transfer pricing in multiple geographies. He was nominated as a World's Leading Transfer Pricing Adviser in Euromoney/ITR’s 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2021 guides. Geoff was also nominated as a World Tax TP Highly Regarded Practitioner for 2024. He leads the Australian business tax financial services tax practice and co-leads the Deloitte global financial services transfer pricing practice.

Geoff’s work covers a wide variety of industries; however, his focus areas include financial services, such as acting as a transfer pricing adviser to retail and investment banks, property trusts, and insurance companies; technology, media, and telecommunications; and intercompany financing.

Geoff has a Master of Philosophy in Economics degree from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from Trinity College Dublin, and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance, and is an affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Tax Institute of Australia.
