George Galumov

George is a partner in the transfer pricing (TP) team at Deloitte Switzerland and the Deloitte TP financial transactions leader for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

He has more than 15 years of TP experience covering the tax and TP aspects of various intra-group transactions, including business model and transaction flow design, M&A activity, and more mainstream TP documentation and planning engagements. He also specialises in complex financial transactions and tax authority negotiation in relation to intra-group financing transactions, cash pooling, and thin capitalisation. His clients and industry expertise include leading multinational corporations of FTSE 100 companies, leading energy and resources businesses, financial services institutions, and private equity-owned businesses.

George has an MSc in energy trade and finance from Cass Business School at City, University of London, and is a holder of the chartered financial analyst designation.
