He has significant expertise in leading multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing projects encompassing intellectual property, global documentation, audit defence, transfer pricing modelling, and the implementation of restructuring and M&A projects, with a focus on technology businesses.

Jack is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA).
