Janis Sussick

Janis is a director in Deloitte Germany’s Munich transfer pricing (TP) team. He joined Deloitte in 2013 after graduating with a master’s degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics. Janis supports his clients with regard to all aspects of planning, operationalising, documenting, and defending intercompany transfer prices. His focus areas include the field of operational TP, and TP process and technology transformation. Janis also coordinates global TP documentation projects for large multinational enterprises from the industrial products and construction (IP&C) industry. Furthermore, he is experienced in the valuation of intangibles for TP purposes.

Janis is the German TP lead for the IP&C industry. His work includes the annual preparation of global TP documentation reports for leading IP&C multinationals, the fully fledged TP advisory for a Fortune 500 engineering company, and multiple intangible property valuation projects and restructuring analyses as part of M&A deals.

Janis is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a certified German tax adviser.
