Jie Pan

Jie is a transfer pricing (TP) principal in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Greater Washington area tax practice. She has over 12 years of experience advising multinational enterprises on a broad range of TP matters, including compliance, strategic planning, business model restructuring, intellectual property planning, and controversy.

Jie has led value chain alignment projects by designing and implementing TP policies that align with companies’ business and operational transformations. In addition to her US tax and TP experience, Jie has worked for Deloitte Europe. She has advised companies across a broad spectrum of industries.

Jie obtained a PhD in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
