The OECD is looking for a new head of tax treaties, transfer pricing and financial transactions division after Marlies de Ruiter announced she will leave the position in May.
Batanayi Katongera has moved to Macfarlanes as a partner and the head of the transfer pricing department in their London office. He was formerly at Olswang, where he had been a partner since 2009.
