Jordi Morera

Jordi is a principal associate based in Barcelona. He joined Deloitte in 2009 and worked in the Düsseldorf office as part of a secondment programme in 2013.

Jordi has extensive experience in assisting public and private multinational corporations in restructuring, planning, and documenting cross-border related-party transactions. He has also successfully assisted clients with tax audits and in the context of advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures. Jordi has a strong focus on industrial clients, although he has experience in advising clients in a variety of sectors.

He has a degree in business administration and a degree in law from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
