Juan Alberto Mendoza

Juan Alberto Mendoza is a senior manager responsible for the TP practice in the Panama office.

Juan has more than 11 years of experience coordinating TP compliance projects for Latin-American based groups, also is experienced in valuation projects for businesses and intangible assets. Before joining the Panamanian practice, he was based in Mexico City assisting Mexican multinational business groups to align intercompany transactions with local regulations.

Juan holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey-ITESM (Mexico City).
