Juan Ignacio de Molina

Juan Ignacio is the head of the tax advice practice in Deloitte Spain, specialised in the transfer pricing area. He helps clients with tax-efficient supply chain management structures, tangible transfer pricing projects, the valuation of intangibles, business restructuring, profit participating financing agreements, and R&D and IT licensing. Juan Ignacio works with clients in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, financial services, real estate, chemical, automobile, hardware and software, energy (including renewable), and consumer products.

Under his leadership, the Deloitte Spain transfer pricing team was named by ITR as best transfer pricing practice in Spain for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Juan Ignacio was recognised as among the Best Lawyers in Spain in 2014.

Juan Ignacio holds a degree in economics and business administration from the University of Barcelona, a postgraduate qualification in business valuation from New York University, a master’s degree in Spanish taxation from the CEU University, and an MBA from the University of Pompeu Fabra.
