Kirsti Longley

Kirsti is a managing director in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Washington National Tax Office, and a member of the firm’s national advance pricing agreement (APA) and mutual agreement procedure (MAP) group. She has over 25 years of tax experience, with 22 of those years specialising in transfer pricing (TP).

Kirsti has extensive international TP experience, having worked in Washington, DC; London; and New Zealand. She specialises in APAs and competent authority, serves as the taxpayer’s lead negotiator with the Internal Revenue Service for APAs, and represents taxpayers in the MAP process, successfully resolving double taxation issues arising from TP adjustments.

Kirsti is a chartered accountant and an enrolled agent admitted to practice before the IRS. She has a postgraduate diploma in professional accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) degree, both obtained from Massey University.
