Kyu Dong is a partner primarily focusing on international tax matters who co-leads Yulchon’s international tax team.
He has more than 24 years of tax experience and extensive knowledge of all cross-border tax matters, including transfer pricing issues, with a particular focus on information and communication technology clients and structuring overseas fund investments into South Korea, as well as overseas investments of South Korean companies.
Before joining Yulchon, Kyu Dong worked with PwC in London and Seoul. He is an active member of the South Korean branch of the International Fiscal Association and a member of two investment committees of the National Pension Fund.
