Manisha Gupta

Manisha Gupta has over 20 years’ experience in the fields of TP and international tax. She leads the Global In-house/Capability Centres (GIC/GCC) initiative for Deloitte Tax in India. She is also the APAC TP technology leader and India TP technology media and telecom leader.

Manisha has assisted in setting up a number of GICs in India and advised them on tax planning, compliance and litigation services. She has also assisted GIC’s as they look to insource and centralise their global finance and tax processes in their centers of excellence.

Manisha has provided TP services to leading Indian and foreign multinationals in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors. She has assisted multinationals with planning their business model in India and in settling their audit controversies. She is actively involved in TP planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s length compensation for tangible property, intangible property, and services.
