Mario Castillo
Mario Castillo is one of the founding partners of Copper Wolf in Monterrey City, Mexico.
Mario has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale projects in local and international corporate taxes, and has worked extensively in the retail, financial, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. He focuses on creating value through visibility, control, and insights; and advising clients on developing tax strategies and delivering tax solutions that manage risk, increase efficiencies, and add value.
Mario has a bachelor’s degree in public accounting from the Autonomous University of la Laguna, and a master’s in taxes from the Autonomous University of Coahuila. He has also completed a diploma course in international taxes from Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM), and Duke University. Mario has taught several tax courses at universities, and he has spoken at forums and conferences on topics such as international taxes.
