Michael Manser
Michael has 12 years of transfer pricing experience in Sydney and New York City. He primarily serves multinational clients operating in the financial services sector, including commercial banks, retail banks, fund managers, and broker-dealers. Michael also has extensive experience serving clients operating in the energy, resources, and industrials; technology, media, and communications; life sciences and healthcare; and consumer industries in Australia and the US.
He has advised clients on a range of intercompany transactions, including global trading, financial transactions, tangible products, leasing, services, and intangibles. Michael has led the management and delivery of local and OECD transfer pricing documentation, the preparation of country-by-country reports, and the development of transfer pricing policies and governance frameworks, and assisted with transfer pricing audits and advance pricing arrangements in multiple jurisdictions.
His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering, Project Engineering and Management (Civil) (Honours) degree, a Bachelor of Commerce (Extended Major in Finance) degree, and a Graduate Diploma in Taxation, all from The University of Sydney.
