Nilesh Chandak

Nilesh is a senior associate at Dhruva Advisors in the international taxation and transfer pricing practice. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Nilesh has experience in transfer pricing planning assignments, compliance documentation, and litigation support. He also engages in assignments pertaining to inbound and outbound business restructuring from a tax efficiency and regulatory compliance perspective.

Nilesh has undertaken extensive research on the two-pillar solution introduced by the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS and closely monitors international developments regarding the GloBE rules under pillar two.

Recently, he has been involved in assisting clients in undertaking a high-level impact analysis under the GloBE rules, including performing transitional country-by-country reporting safe harbour analyses.
