Oscar has more than 25 years of experience in matters related to transfer pricing, tax dispute resolutions, advance pricing agreements, mutual agreement procedures, valuation of assets, analysis of antitrust regulations, and dumping. He joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1998 and was promoted to partner in 2009.
Oscar has lectured on transfer pricing courses, diplomas, and seminars at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad La Salle, Universidad Panamericana, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas, Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México, and the Alliance for Tax, Legal & Accounting Seminars.
He is the author of several articles and books on transfer pricing. Oscar is a member of the Transfer Pricing Commission of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, the Transfer Pricing Committee at the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives, and the Ibero-American Association of Specialists in Transfer Pricing.
