Rebecca Cook

Rebecca is a director with Deloitte’s transfer pricing (TP) group in Sydney. She has over 12 years of experience in TP, with seven years in the UK and five years in Australia. Rebecca works with a large number of foreign-owned multinational groups, as well as Australian Securities Exchange-listed companies, in a variety of industries, with operations in a number of countries.

Her client experience includes involvement in global TP documentation projects; country-by-country reporting; Australian Taxation Office transfer pricing reviews, audit negotiations, and settlement; and advising on advance pricing agreements. Rebecca has also assisted with advising on post-restructure TP models and TP policy design. Her experience covers a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods, technology, life sciences, and food and agri-businesses.

Rebecca completed her Associate Chartered Accountant qualification in the UK.
