Rema Serafi

Rema is the national managing principal – tax at KPMG. Prior to the role, she led Tax’s Economic & Valuation Services (EVS) practice for five years. Her previous leadership positions include east regional service line leader for EVS, Americas leader for the firm’s Global Transfer Pricing Financial Services network, and national transfer pricing leader in the US. Rema joined the US partnership in 2003 and has served as a member of the firm’s Board Nominating Committee and as an at-large member of its Legal, Risk, and Regulatory Committee for more than eight years.

Her client experience includes providing transfer pricing consulting services to leading multinationals across several industries, including computer software, hardware and services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. She has assisted clients with global tax planning for tangible goods and services, the implementation of transfer pricing policies, and audit defence.

Rema earned a master’s degree in international economics from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs.
