Samer Wani

Samer is a partner in Deloitte’s Canadian transfer pricing (TP) practice. He has over ten years of professional experience as a TP and tax specialist.

Samer’s clients include some of Canada’s most prominent public and private multinationals. His experience has focused on guiding them through complex business planning and restructurings involving cross-border transfers of intangibles, services, and financings requiring innovative TP solutions.

Samer also has extensive experience in managing Canadian TP controversy matters, including involvement in some of the most contentious and high-profile Canadian TP disputes in recent years.

Samer holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo and is a chartered professional accountant.
