Saurabh Shah is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of domestic and international taxation. Saurabh is currently a core member of the Knowledge & Solutions team at Dhruva.
Saurabh has advised a large number of Indian and multinational clients, not-for-profit organizations on several tax and regulatory issues.
Saurabh has been involved in some of the largest global M&A transactions involving Indian assets. He has also advised on some of the largest tax disputes in India and has played an active role in devising a strategy for tax controversy management.
He also has a vast experience in representing clients before the tax authorities and Courts in India.
Prior to joining Dhruva, Saurabh was associated with Ernst & Young in their tax practice.
