Sophie Brown

Sophie leads Deloitte’s UK transfer pricing team and has more than 15 years’ experience in transfer pricing, which has included a secondment to New York and a client secondment. Her experience is primarily focused on large corporates with extensive operations across the world.

Sophie has assisted clients with developing and implementing new business operating models and designing and implementing transfer pricing policies that align to these models. Furthermore, she has helped clients to put in place robust global transfer pricing documents and has successfully negotiated advance pricing agreements with tax authorities across the world, ensuring certainty for her clients for their new intercompany arrangements.

Sophie has worked with clients to implement existing and new transfer pricing policies, including incorporating intercompany transactions into the client’s systems and ensuring the appropriate processes, controls, and governance around transfer pricing are in place.
