Stefano Lavore

Stefano is a tax director with more than 10 years of transfer pricing (TP) and international tax experience. He joined Deloitte in 2015 and has served a wide range of Italian-based and global multinationals. Stefano works in Italy and assists clients on a wide range of tax issues (corporate tax, transfer prices, customs duties, etc.) for cross-border investments.

He has led TP and international tax projects across a wide range of industries; for example, healthcare, technology, energy, and financial services. Stefano’s expertise includes group reorganisation, cash repatriation, permanent establishment profit attribution, TP documentation, extraordinary operations, due diligence activities, and TP defence projects in advance pricing arrangement procedures and patent box procedures.

Stefano obtained a degree in tax law from the Bocconi University, Milan. He is a member of the Italian Institute of Chartered Tax Advisers (Dottore Commercialista).
