Susie Cooke

Susie is the national service line leader for KPMG's Canadian tax transformation practice, a unique service line that combines tax technical experience, Lean Six Sigma principles, and technology to transform tax functions, including their compliance and reporting processes. In tandem with her Canadian role, Susie is also the Global Tax Transformation leader, where she leads KPMG’s Global Tax Transformation team across its network of member firms.

Susie works with clients on strategic projects that require insight, and teams with organisations that seek to enhance and transform their tax functions, processes and technologies. Her global experience has included working with companies of all sizes, across many jurisdictions and a wide variety of industries. Susie's technology experience includes consulting on standalone tax applications, advising on tax sensitisation of accounting systems, and designing processes to support technology-enabled tax teams.

Susie is also an experienced facilitator and public speaker, passionate about empowering participants and teams to identify discoveries and enhance performance.
