Víctor Hugo Bretado Fernández

Víctor is one of the founding partners of Copper Wolf in Torreón, Mexico. He has more than 30 years of professional experience, which he has developed mainly in the tax and compliance area.

Víctor was vice president of the northeast region of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and is a former president of the Institute of Public Accountants of the Laguna region.

He holds a degree in public accounting from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. In addition, Víctor has taught several courses on tax matters at different universities, and has been a speaker at forums and conferences on topics such as international taxation.
