Viktoria Dimitrova
Viktoria Dimitrova is an Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises multinationals on the tax and transfer pricing implications of their business operations, with a focus on financial transactions in the asset management industry. Viktoria is experienced in complex tax and transfer pricing matters involving business restructurings, transfer of intangibles and service transactions.
She is an International judge at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the biggest legal forum for law students around the world on international law.
Viktoria holds a Master's in Law from the University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria). She has knowledge of the common law system acquired during her academic year at Michigan State University College of Law (USA) as a visiting scholar. She also has a postgraduate diploma in Luxembourg taxation.
