Yong Hwan Kwon

Yong Hwan is a tax partner specialised in transfer pricing (TP) matters for multinational clients’ various intercompany transactions.

He has more than 11 years of TP experience, which includes the establishment of global TP policies, support for mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing arrangements, and general TP advice, including customs valuation, tax risk assessments, and support for tax audits and tax appeals.

Before joining Yulchon, Yong Hwan worked with KPMG Korea’s global transfer pricing services. He has actively participated in advanced TP lectures for the National Tax Service’s tax auditors.
